Central Bistro’s unassuming entrance immediately embraces you with its warm interior set aglow by candles, antique chan-deliers and soothing firelight. Central is located within a turn of the century building that finished its construction in 1902;

Central is spacious yet cozy with an oversized fireplace providing a romantic backdrop to this dramatic space.

Centrals' exterior is currently undergoing some dramatic changes as we are restoring the building to its original Vancouver colors and enhancing the general landscaping.

Over the years the building had fallen into dis-repair and it is our mandate to restore the building to its rightful place in the neighborhood --back
