Opened in the summer of 2005, Chef/owner Joshua Carter King has introduced Central a little at a time to the patrons of Denman Street. These purposeful and methodical "soft launches" have allowed himself and his staff to continually experiment with new menus and wine lists, continually raising the bar and developing a loyal following. |
